Views and breezes!

Ocean View (formally Debbie's House) is pure comfort island-style.  It is in the quiet area of The Turrets in West Bay and faces the south shore.  There are views of the Honduran mainland and all the way down the southern coast of Roatan.  The breezes in this area are amazing almost all year and Ocean View is designed to take advantage of them.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 3 levels.  The first level has an open floor plan where you will find the well-stocked kitchen, dining area with seating for 8 and a comfortable living room.  A wall of glass doors separates the living room from the tiled, screened-in porch.  The porch looks out over the Caribbean and down the length of Roatan to the east and catches the beautiful eastern breezes.  Off the living room and accessible from the same porch is the air-conditioned master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.  This first level also has a second full bathroom and a laundry room. The main living area and kitchen is not air conditioned.

The second level has a landing with a desk, the second air-conditioned bedroom, also with a queen bed, and full bath with a large shower and double sink.  This bedroom has a wall of folding glass doors that lead to a private deck facing east and overlooking the Caribbean.  The third level has a queen bed and a single bed and a small deck that has amazing views of both the Honduran mainland and Roatan coastline.  This bedroom is air conditioned with a new, high-efficency split unit but there are many windows that can be opened to take advavntage of the excellent sea breeze.  Please note, to sleep 9 persons a queen mattress is available to be set up on the floor in the 3rd floor bedroom or on second floor landing. 

Ocean View has local cable TV and fiber optic internet service.  It is a 5-minute drive to West Bay Beach but the beautiful community pool is just across the road.
